Gantry structure is adopted, with good rigidity and reasonable structure, suitable for large and medium-sized equipment. Using double clamps to hydraulically clamp the workpiece more stable.
1.Adopting a square column gantry structure, the surface of the square column is equipped with linear guide rails. This structure has good guiding performance, uniform force distribution, high motion accuracy, good wear resistance, and long service life.
2.Two sets of pliers are used for hydraulic clamping.
3.The cutting speed is controlled by hydraulic pressure, ensuring stable sawing and high precision.
4.The saw blade line speed adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation.
5.The saw blade is tensioned using hydraulic tensioning.
6.The workbench adopts a roller type, which can facilitate the forward and backward movement of the workpiece and is suitable for sawing various materials.
7.The main structures (such as bed frame, saw frame, etc.) are subjected to vibration aging (internal stress removal process), which can effectively eliminate internal stress, increase surface adhesion, and prevent deformation.
8.Configure a chip cleaning device that can effectively remove sawdust adhered to the saw blade.
